Before
you decide on your training it can be valuable to clarify you requirements.
We can provide a variety of research methods and/or audits to determine
the best way to move forward be it training, organizational development,
or reorganization. We utilize questionnaires, focus groups and/or
one to one sessions to gather crucial information and analyze and
present it in an accessible form. We can also design and analyze
monitoring whether it be of your staff's profile or of your processes
such as grievance procedures, public consultancies, budget, marketing
activities and/or accessibility.

We offer non hierarchical supervision, coaching and mentoring on
a one to one basis.
