The CHRYSALIS team is composed of women and men with personal and professional experience of diversity issues.

In order to deliver the best quality service to the client the team of consultants reflect both diverse life experience and personal and professional knowledge. We comprise trainers from the lesbian, gay & heterosexual communities, black, minority ethnic and white, British communities, disabled and non-disabled communities.

We are women and men aged between mid thirties and early sixties.
