Partnership
Between Chrysalis and Academy Internet over E-learning Element
Chrysalis
is able to offer the EOC a unique e-learning element to enrich and
supplement its face-to-face training programmes. Academy Internet
(AI), a small, streamlined and cutting edge e-learning business
based in Brighton has over 1,200 clients from all sectors nationally
and internationally. Chrysalis team members Razia Aziz and Jonathan
Heath are AI's Principal and Associate Consultants on Diversity,
and as such are able to invite AI into partnerships over specific
projects for valued potential customers such as the EOC.
We have
attached for your information an outline of AI's work. However,
we list below some of the many ways in which a collaboration with
AI could enhance our proposed programme of training with the EOC
and in particular assist with post-course embedding and follow-up
work. The list below just represents a few examples, and is by no
means exhaustive:
Pre-course
work delivered to and completed by all participants, UK-wide via
your organisation's own intranet
Live virtual
classrooms for presentations and Q & A sessions, enabling your
staff to "attend" seminars in the same virtual space from
the comfort of their own offices. We recommend these subsequent
to face-to-face training
Post-course
questionnaires to ensure that your staff have the intended achieved
learning outcomes
Learning
rooms to enable staff who have difficulty meeting up to discuss
common issues of interest to them eg your senior management team
can meet in their own, restricted access, learning room to discuss
equality and diversity strategy issues.
The implications
of these options of course go well beyond your interest in diversity
training and can lead to a fully organisational e-learning strategy.
It's up to you. We would be happy to broker any level of involvement
with AI as your bespoke e-learning solutions provider.
Please
note that e-learning solutions come at an additional, negotiated,
cost.
